Ivan Bulatov (1869-1947) – actor of the Russian theatre in Riga from 1924 and the member of «Society of guarantors of Russian theatre».

Ivan Bulatov worked in Riga from 1924 to 1941 and from 1945 to 1947.

He was esteemed as actor and active participant of cultural events, contributing a lot to the development of Russian culture.
