Vladimir Kosinsky
Vladimir Kosinsky (1908, Chernigov Governorate, Russian Empire – 1959, Riga, Latvian SSR) – anassistant at the faculty of medicine of the University of Latvia. After the war worked at Stradinya Republic Clinic hospital.
