Larisa Borisova
Larisa Borisova (nee Nalivayko, 20th of November 1926, Karsava, Republic of Latvia – 23rd of August 2011, Talsi Municipality, Republic of Latvia) – a lawyer.
Larisa Nalivayko was born into a working-class family. In 1947, she graduated from Riga Secondary School No. 10. She worked as a kindergarten teacher. In 1948, she began studying law at the Latvian State University (graduating in 1953). During her studies, she worked as a secretary at the People’s Court.
From January 10, 1954, she was a trainee at the 2nd Riga Legal Consultation Office. From March 11, 1954, she worked as a solicitor at the 2nd Riga Legal Consultation Office; from June 14, 1956, at the 3rd Riga Legal Consultation Office; from January 1, 1975, at the 5th Riga Legal Consultation Office; and from December 26, 1977, as a solicitor at the 6th Riga Legal Consultation Office.
Since November 30, 1981, she was retired.
In 1951, she married Grigory Borisov (born 1918). Daughters: Natalia (1951) and Elena (1961–1996; studied law).
Larisa Borisova passed away on August 23, 2011, in Lauciņi Parish, Talsi Municipality.
