Valery Nikiforov (1948, Roslavl, Russian SFSR –2026, Kingdom of Spain) – Habilitated Doctor of Philosophy (Dr. habil. phil.), Professor, one of the founders of the Baltic Russian Institute (from 2006 – the Baltic International Academy).
