Oleg Antropov

Oleg Antropov (5th of November 1947– 15th of October 2023) – a member of the USSR volleyball team and Olympic champion (1968, Mexico).

He was born in Kazakstan. Antropov was the member of the USSR volleyball team and Olympic champion (1968). In 1970s he played for "Radiotehnik" and helped the team to win the European Cup three times. After the end of his sport career Antropov worked as a coach in "Radiotehnik" (Riga). Since 1990s he had been working as a volleyball coach in Latvia, Russia and Japan.
