Nikolay Shalin
Nikolay Shalin (1883, Mitau/Jelgava, Courland Governorate, Russian Empire – 1941, Usollag, Molotov Oblast, Russian SFSR) – a member of the Latvian Court of Justice, member of the Synod of the Latvian Orthodox Church from 1923 to 1935. Commander of the Order of Three Stars.
