Vladimir Bizyukov

Vladimir Bizyukov (1939) – was the head of the Latvian administration of Civil Aviation in the 1980s. He was an honorable pilot of the USSR.

In 1983 Vladimir Bizyukov promoted a special flight to save a Lithuanian girl Rasa, who urgently needed to be brought to Moscow for a foot replant operation.
