Arkady Kelepovsky
Arkady Kelepovsky (1870, Kherson Governorate, Russian Empire – 1925, Novi Sad, Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes) – Russian politician and statesman. From 1909 to 1912 he was the vice-governor of the Livonia Governorate, from 1914 to 1916 the governor of Livonia Governorate.
