Viktor Buzayev

Viktor Buzayev (1st of March 1926, Orenburg Governorate, Russian SFSR – 16th of December 1994, Riga, Republic of Latvia) – from 1970 to 1980 had been the director of Riga Carriage Works.

Viktor Buzayev was born in the Orenburg Governorate, studied at Bryansk Institute of Transport Engineering. From 1948 to 1963 he had been working as an engineer at the Riga Carriage Works. From 1963 to 1970 Buzayev had been the director of the «Sarkana Zvaigzne Works» and from 1970 to 1980 - the director of the Riga Carriage Works. During his final years he was working as a technical engineer. The last entry in the works log, dated 16 December 1994, read «Dismissed due to death».
