Archbishop John Pommer amongst priests and parishioners. The girl on the far left is Lyudmila, daughter of Archpriest German Zhegalov. In 1952 she took monastic tonsure with the name Magdalene. In 1977 she was elevated to the rank of hegumene and took over the management of the Riga Holy Trinity-Sergius Monastery. Hegumene Magdalene served  until her death on October 10, 1996.
