Pyotr Mitrofanov
Pyotr Nikitich (1857, Pskov Governorate, Russian Empire – 1940, Daugavpils, Republic of Latvia) – an entrepreneur, owner of a bakery, bank employee, public figure, honorary hereditary citizen of the city of Dvinsk (Daugavpils). Lived and worked in Daugavpils (Dinaburg-Dvinsk).
