Natalia Sinaisky was a daughter of Professor Vasily I Sinaisky. She was born in Kyiv. Before the II World War, she graduated from the University of Latvia with a Master's degree in Law. In 1944, the Sinaisky family left Latvia and, after the war, settled in Belgium. Natalia Sinaisky worked for many years in the European Union. She died in Brussels.
