Valery Gromov
Valery Gromov (1923, Tver Governorate, Russian SFSR – 2004, Riga, Republic of Latvia) – from 1984 to1986 director of the Institute of forestry industry of the Academy of Sciences of Latvia. Habilitated Doctor of engineering, correspondent-member of the Academy of Sciences of Latvia (1982).
