Timofey Pokotilo

Timofey Pokotilo (circa 1863, Kyiv, Russian Empire – 1937, Riga, Republic of Latvia) –  a Commissar for Peasant Affairs of the Gazenpot (Aizpute) Uyezd, member of the board of the Russian Committee for Assistance society, elder of the Orthodox Holy Grand Duke Vladimir church in Dubulti (Riga Seaside).
