Arkady Kats
Arkady Kats (1931, Nikolaev/Mykolaiv, Ukrainian SSR) – artistic director from 1963, and from 1965 to 1988 principal director of the Riga Russian Drama theatre.
Was the first in the USSR to stage the musicals The Man from La Mancha and West-side story.
