Vasily Kudryachev

Vasily Kudryachev (1869, Olonets Governorate, Russian Empire – 1941, GULAG, Russian SFSR) – entrepreneur and Head of Riga Grebenshchikov Old Believers Community. Was a Member of Riga City Council (Dome). He completed construction of the embankment in Riga.
