The Riga-Oryol Railway

Building of the Former Office of the Riga-Oryol Railway was built in 1912. In the 1920’s and 1930’s, along with the offices of the Latvian Railway, part of the building was occupied by the Latvian Academy of Arts. After the Second World War the building was used for the offices of the Soviet Baltic Railway. Today it houses the Ministry of Transport of Latvia.
